Anthony DiBiase

PRESIDENT

As president, Tony DiBiase leads multi-family, residential and Student Housing business units where he is responsible for identifying markets, securing land, development, asset management, and operations. Tony leads the business with his ability to create highly functioning teams with a diverse group of individuals towards a common goal.

In real estate for over 30 years, Tony has spent over 20 years growing operating companies and working with large-scale real estate projects in international markets. His real estate experience includes commercial management and leasing, property and facility management, retail and mixed‐use properties, student housing, receiverships, start‐ups, and sales of entire business units. 

As part of his vast experience, Tony served as President of the Residential and International divisions at CA Ventures  and, as Chief Operating officer at U.S. Equities Realty

Tony has served on several boards, including: The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, Chicago Real Estate Network, and US Urban Realty. He has also served as a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and private companies.

Tony earned a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
